Do you offer shipping and delivery?
Yes! Within Nairobi, we offer a standard next-day delivery service for ksh. 300. Next-day Nairobi deliveries for orders over ksh. 3,500 are free. For same-day Nairobi deliveries, we can book a rider, to whom the customer must pay cash on delivery. Same-day deliveries are not eligible free shipping, regardless of order value.
Outside of Nairobi, orders ship in 1-2 days and are charged at variable rates depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
At Yves Rocher, we do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the case of a product defect, we are happy to honor a return or exchange. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Yves Rocher’s discretion. Yves Rocher monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, in an unused state, and accompanied by a receipt. We are unable to accept a return or exchange request resulting from a change of mind.
